This policy covers tours booked through our checkout. Tours you book directly on a partner's website follow that company's own terms.
How to cancel or change a booking
Call or email our Honolulu team with the name on the booking, your tour and the date. Your cancellation time is the time we receive your call or email, in Hawaiʻi time (HST).
You can't cancel through a tour company directly. All changes and cancellations go through us, so one team handles everything for you.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used to book. We issue approved refunds within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Things outside your control
Weather, ocean conditions, closures and cruise schedules in Hawaiʻi can change with little notice. When a tour can't run for reasons outside your control, including when your ship skips or changes a port, you get a full refund or our help rebooking, whichever you prefer.
Cruise lines set their own port times and can change them. If your ship arrives late but still makes port, tell us right away and we'll do our best to move your tour; a refund in that case depends on whether the tour can still run.
